Nature of Services

Naturopathy is a complementary health modality. Services provided by Flow Herbal are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. You should always consult your GP or relevant medical professional for urgent or serious health concerns.

Consultations & Appointments

• All consultations are conducted either online or in person, as agreed at time of booking

• Appointment durations are approximate

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information

Bookings, Cancellations & Payments

• Payment is required prior to or at the time of consultation

• Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the appointment

Testing & Referrals

Any recommended testing (including pathology or functional testing) is optional and discussed prior to ordering. Costs for testing are separate from consultation fees.

Referrals to other health practitioners are provided in good faith but do not imply responsibility for external services.

Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary. While naturopathic care aims to support health and wellbeing, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
